ROY JORDAN - Executive Director
Roy is currently one of Atlanta’s leading fashion designers, whose designs have been worn by contestants in the Miss USA, Miss America, Mrs. America and Miss World Pageants. He designs for many celebrities, including actress Halle Berry. He has produced the Miss Cobb County Pageant, a Miss America preliminary that has produced four Miss Georgias. He is the executive director for the Miss Georgia Teen and Jr. Teen, Mrs. Georgia and Mrs. South Carolina Pageants. Roy has taught dance for 23 years and currently teaches dance for Furman University as well as for the Life Center, part of the Greenville Hospital System.

DAVID SIMS - Pageant Producer
David is a graduate of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, NC with a B.F.A. in Directing. He has directed stage productions in Atlanta, New York City, and Greenville, SC with such notable shows as: “The One-Armed Man,” “A Night About Town,” and “Boy Meets Girl.” He has produced “An Evening of Three One-Acts” at the 14th St. Playhouse in Atlanta and “Clarence Darrow” at the Warehouse Theatre in Greenville. David had the privilege of working with Sir Ronald Watkins at the Shakespeare Workshop in London. David currently is the Director of Theatre at Christ Church Episcopal School and Co-Producer of the Sit-N-Spin Studio in Greenville, SC. He and his wife, Christian are the parents of a beautiful daughter.

 FRAN ELLIS - Tabulator
She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Kennesaw State University where she majored in accounting and served as an officer in many student organizations, including Executive Round Table and Toastmasters. She has been in public accounting for 20 years, the last ten have been as the owner of her own firm in Powder Springs.  Fran is very active in community and civic groups, is a volunteer parent at her son's high school, and is a past president of the West Georgia Chapter of the Georgia Society of CPAs.  She was the primary person responsible for getting the Wild Horse Creek Trail in Powder Springs designated a Centennial Trail of America. She is also a master puppeteer with her church puppet team, and took the puppets on a mission trip to Greece during the 2004 Olympic games. Fran currently holds a senior belt in Tae Kwon Do, and enjoys riding bicycles and bowling with her husband of 30 years and her teenage son.

 Will McKibbon - Master of Ceremonies

Will McKibbon earned a B.A. in History from Davidson College and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of South Carolina. An attorney with Nexsen Pruet for the past six years, he practices in the litigation group and concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of commercial, employment, and creditor’s rights litigation. Entertainment law seemed a natural fit for Will, who plays guitar, mandolin and piano. A singer/songwriter, he performs his material occasionally at local clubs. Will has been on the YMCA Camp Greenville board of directors for three years. He chairs the marketing and programming committee. Will is the proud father of one daughter.
